Terms and Conditions
The present contract is a mail-order contract which defines the rights and obligations of the parties.
On the one hand by the company Centre Paris, located 3 rue René Boulanger 75010 Paris FRANCE, and on the other hand by all person or entity who wants to rent a flat via the centreparis.com web site.
These general conditions of location define the relationship between Centre Paris and the persons or entities who want to rent a flat.
These conditions will prevail over all the other conditions not confirmed by Centre Paris.
Centre Paris will be allowed to modify the general conditions of rental.
In this case, the conditions applied will be that into force at the date of the order.

For each product details are mentioned by Centre Paris.
All the pictures are the most in conformity with the reality but don’t guarantee the exact correspondence with the goods, in particular the decoration.
The prices appearing in the catalog are average prices TTC in euro taking into account the applicable VAT in the day of the command; any change of the rate can be echoed on the price of products or services.
This price does not include the Pack Service the cost of which varies from 30 to 60 € nor the damage insurance of 11 €.
Centre Paris saves to modify its prices at any time, being however understood that the price appearing on the web site the day of the command will be the only one applicable to the buyer.
The Service Pack includes for your stay :
- Sheets, pillow cases, and cover for each sleeping arrangements (bed, sofa bed or mattress)
- Towels (1 per person)
- Washing tissue for the kitchen (1)
- Toilet paper (1)
- Some equipments and cleaning products
- One cleaning of the flat done on arrival.
The rate of the Service Pack varies from 30 to 60 € depending of the type of apartment.
It's charged for each reserved apartment.
To cover possible damage caused in the flat, an 11 € participation is to be added for each reserved apartment.
Note : the insurance does not cover the breakage of locks nor the breakage or the loss of keys.
From March 1st 2015, the mayor of Paris require a city tax of 0.83 € per night and per adult (person of 18 years old or more).
It will be added to the balance due.
Key and lock
In case of breakage or loss of key, a participation will be asked to the renter : 50 € for non protected key (reproducible) and 150 € for protected key (not reproducible).
In case of breakage of the lock, an 800 € participation will be asked to the renter.
How to book a flat?
- Send all the informations required on the website
- Add all comments if necessary
- Centre Paris checks the availability and send all the payment methods.
1rst step : to book, Centre Paris needs to receive your full details: name, address, country, phone number and mobile phone number if available. We need to know:
- the number of people sleeping in the flat (for the linen and towels).
- the landing and take off hours and airport or arrival / departure for train and station
- the arrival and departure date
- the cleaning option you choose
2nd step : A deposit of 50 % of the total amount has to be sent as soon as possible.
It will be sent by the customer after receiving the booking confirmation.
The contract is considered signed on the sending date of the message.
All orders implicate acceptance of the present conditions of rental.
The customer chooses the payment method from the following suggestions by the owner on the website:
- By regular bank transfer
- By VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards
- By using the securized and low fees web site, www.paypal.com
The rate does not include bank transfer fees (usually there is no fee inside Euro countries for regular bank transfer) nor Paypal fees.
A late charge of 10% of the total amount will be charged per day of delay if the balance is not paid at arrival.
In case of cancellation or no-show, the deposit paid would not be refundable.
Centre Paris is responsible for the contents of the offer and the commitments made.
Centre Paris is not responsible of the damage with using the Internet.
The responsibility of Centre Paris could not be committed in case of :
- dysfunction of the services resulting from its suppliers (Internet/TV, energy, water, elevator, cleaning, ...)
- water damage, anticipated termination of the lease or any other motive making the apartment unrentable.
The tenant therefore gives up any recourse in responsibility or any claim against Centre Paris.
No compensation or refund could be related to these problems.
In case of dysfunction of the services resulting from its suppliers, Centre Paris will make every effort to obtain the recovery.
In case of motive making the apartment unrentable, Centre Paris reserves the right to move out the tenant for a same standing or higher standing apartment base on availability at the occurence of the aforementioned motive.
Many elements (notably editorial, graphic and illustrations) displayed on the centreparis.com site are protected by intellectual property rights. All publication, reproduction or propagation, in France as well as abroad, of all or part of the centreparis.com set of themes is forbidden except with the Centre Paris company's express consent.
Protection of personal data
You have a right of access, rectification and deletion of data concerning you (law 78-07 of 06.01.78. Informatique et Libertés -- French data protection law). To exercise this right, contact Centre Paris, 3 rue René Boulanger 75010 Paris FRANCE.
Your e-mail addresses are a database owned by Centre Paris who prohibits any distribution, sale cession or sharing of this database. The forms are declared with the CNIL: No. 1211842.
Centre Paris will save booking and invoices on a safe support “paper or computer” as mentioned on the article 1348 of the civil code.
Applicable law- disputes
The present contract is subject to French law
In the event of a dispute, only French courts have competences.
