Commentaries   Hello David All the members of the van Wijk family are back at home and I would just like to tell you how much we enjoyed staying in your flats in Paris. The flats were so spacious and centrally situated that we enjoyed every moment of our stay. If anybody should ask about accommodation in Paris, I will definitely recommend your flats. Best regards. Touristic Infos   This brand new flat is located inside Paris, in the 10th arrondissement. You will enjoy a traditional wooden floor, the flat has a separated bedroom, bathroom, and toilets. The flat is near the fashionable area of Canal Saint Marin. The flat has easy connections with the major tourists attractions such as the Louvre Museum and Notre Dame (10 minutes), Champs Elysées (20 minutes). It can be reach easily by every airports and train stations. The flat is very bright. Walking distances from the apartment are: 3 minutes for the nearest metro station (metro stop Chateau d’Eau, Gare de l’Est or Jacques Bonsergent) and bus. The area is safe and quiet. Description   The flat is very bright and covers a space of 30 sqm with a living room with a kitchen, a separated bedroom, bathroom and toilet (separated). The place is fully furnished included CD player, TV. The kitchen is fully equiped. Kitchenware are provided. There is one large bed 140 x 200cm and a sofa bed 140 x 200cm. One extra mattress could be add for a fifth guest and a baby cost. (10 euros per day) A Service Pack (including the linen, cleaning and some cleaning supplies) of 45 € is to be added for this flat.
