Touristic Infos   This flat is located near the Montmartre area, near rue Lepic (famous for Amélie Poulain). The rooms are very well decorated. The flat is very comfortable; it is very quiet and bright. There are many shops and stores for food around the flat and the open air market located rue Lepic is just 7 minutes by walking from your flat. The flat has easy connections with the major tourists attractions such as Opéra Garnier and mains streets for shopping (15 minutes), Champs Elysées (15 minutes). It can be reach easily by every airports and train stations. Walking distances from the apartment : - 5 minutes for the nearest metro station - 7 minutes for the open air market located rue Lepic - 15 minutes for the Sacré Coeur The area is safe and quiet. Description   For several days or more, benefit of this apartment with a living room, one bedroom, a kitchen (opened to the living room) and a bathroom. Make yourself at home, cook for you, your family or friend. For leisure and for business, enjoy this fully equipped, brand new and ready-to-live-in flat. The flat has been renovated in 2008; equipment is in very good shape. Please notice that the furniture and the equipment are brand new. The flat is very bright and covers a space of 30 sqm with a living room, a separated bedroom, with a kitchen, bathroom and toilets. The place is fully furnished included CD player, cable TV. The kitchen is fully equiped. Kitchenware are provided. There is one double bed (140 x 200cm), a sofa bed (90 x 200cm) and an extra mattress (90 x 190 cm). A baby cot can be provided on request (10 Euros per day). A Service Pack (including the linen, cleaning and some cleaning supplies) of 45 € is to be added for this flat. Commentaries   We would like to say how much we enjoyed our stay at Villa Saint Michel recently. every thing we needed was close at hand between Guy Moquet and La Fourche. The mid-September to mid-October period gave us everything, from the Patrimoine to the wine festival at Montmartre and Sunday at Longchamps for the Arc de Triomphe, a fabulous experience. This was our fifth trip to Paris, four of them in your apartments,we certainly reccommend Centre Paris for budget holidays. We do struggle with our French but find Parisiens very courteous and helpful, particularly yourselves.
