APARTMENT DESCRIPTION TIQUETONNE

Touristic Infos   The place is located right in the center of Paris in the second district, in the area of Montorgueil area. Walking distances from the apartment are: 3 minutes for the nearest metro station, 10 minutes from the Louvre Museum, the Seine River and Notre Dame. The area is safe and quiet. The large studio is overlooking a courtyard, there is no noise at all. The flat is located in a 17th century building in the Montorgueil area. The building is very safe with 2 gates and the flat has curtains Description   Please notice that the apartment and the furniture are new. The place is fully furnished included Cd player and TV. The kitchen is fully equipped. Kitchenware are provided. There is one large bed 140 x 220cm on the mezzanine, and a sofa bed 140 x 200cm in the living room. There is a second large bed on the mezzanine overlooking the dining room. A baby cot can be provided on request (10 Euros per day). A Service Pack (including the linen, cleaning and some cleaning supplies) of 60 € is to be added for this flat. Commentaries   Bonjour I just wanted to thank you for the nice flat. The instructions were very clear and we had no difficulty finding both the place to collect the keys and the apartment itself. Once we had worked out that the apartment residents had their own system for the inner door and we used enough strength to open the lock to the apartment, we had no problem with access. We are both fit and enjoyed using the stairs. The apartment was exactly what we were hoping it would be. It had all of the facilities we needed. The bed was really comfortable and it was great to be able to open the windows and to have the sun coming into the dining room in the morning. We felt very safe and we had a wonderful holiday. We have had a wonderful week in Paris and we just loved the area around our apartment. I am sure there are many wonderful cafes and restaurants in Paris, yet we didn't feel we wanted to leave this area to eat. So we didn't! We enjoyed many foods, patisseries, delicious baguettes and cheeses and cafes. Tonight we have even discovered the fabulous 'Aux Trois Petits Cochons' restaurant next door to the apartment. It was fantastic. We leave Paris early tomorrow morning, Jan 3 - will leave the apartment by 6:30am. We have returned the key to safe number 10 in rue d'aboukir already tonight. We nominated to have the cleaning done and believe that that is included in the amount paid. We trust that all is to your satisfaction.
