Many thanks Gary Briggs - The Pink Singers Touristic Infos   The place is located right in the center of Paris between the 3rd and 10th district near Place de la République. 3 minutes from the flat you can take the metro and go to the Louvre Museum, the Opera, Notre Dame in 15 minutes and the Seine River. We can also walk to the Marais and Bastille area. The area is safe and quiet. Description   Please notice that the apartment and the furniture are brand new. The place is fully furnished included Cd player, cable TV and alarm clock. The kitchen is fully equiped. Kitchenware are provided. There is one large bed 140 x 200 cm and a sofa bed 140 x 200cm. There are also a brand new bathroom and toilets inside the apartment. A baby cot can be provided on request (10 Euros per day). A Service Pack (including the linen, cleaning and some cleaning supplies) of 30 € is to be added for this flat.
