APARTMENT DESCRIPTION STUDIO POISSON 5

Description   Please notice that the apartment and the furniture are brand new. The place is fully furnished included Cd player, cable TV and alarm clock. The kitchen is fully equiped. Kitchenware are provided. There is one large bed 140 x 220cm and a sofa bed 140 x 200cm. There are also a brand new bathroom and toilets inside the apartment. A baby cot can be provided on request (10 Euros per day). A Service Pack (including the linen, cleaning and some cleaning supplies) of 30 € is to be added for this flat. Commentaries   Dear Mr. Flandin, Me and my friends had the pleasure to rent and stay in your Poisson 5 appartment during the end of February and the beginning of March. I must tell you that we were positively surprised with the appartment, and we really enjoyed our stay there. The appartment itself was wonderful, and the location and facilities were very good too. We are planning to return to Paris in mid-June, probably around the 17th of June and 2 or 3 weeks onwards. We are now wondering whether the appartments at Bonne Nouvelle are available at that time. If not, are there any other appartments that are available to rent for 3 people within the same price category, and with similar facilities. We are hoping and looking forward to stay in one of your appartments again. Walking distances from the apartment are: 1 minute for the nearest metro station, 15 minutes from the Louvre Museum, the Seine River and Notre Dame. The area is safe and quiet.
