Please notice that the flat is “ready to live”. The place is fully furnished included Cd player, cable TV and alarm clock. The kitchen is fully equiped. Kitchenware are provided. There is one large bed 140 x 220cm and a sofa bed 140 x 200cm. There are also a bathroom and toilets inside the apartment. It has been renovated in June 2015. A baby cot can be provided on request (10 Euros per day). The additional fees for this apartment are: - A service pack of 30 € (including one set of linen, one cleaning on arrival and some cleaning supplies). - An insurance of 11 € (see terms and conditions). - An occupancy tax of 0.88 € per night and per adult from 18 years old, requires by the Mayor of Paris.
