APARTMENT DESCRIPTION STUDIO POISSON 2

Description   Please notice that the apartment and the furniture are brand new. The place is fully furnished included Cd player, cable TV and alarm clock. The kitchen is fully equiped. Kitchenware are provided. There is one large bed 140 x 220cm and a sofa bed 140 x 200cm. There are also a brand new bathroom and toilets inside the apartment. A baby cot can be provided on request (10 Euros per day). A Service Pack (including the linen, cleaning and some cleaning supplies) of 30 € is to be added for this flat. Commentaries   Dear David, I have just returned from my holiday in Europe and wanted to take a moment to thank you for the wonderful apartment in Paris. It was even better than expected and we hope to return again in the not-to-distant future. We loved the location and found the apartment to be well appointed with everything we needed. We look back on it fondly as one of the highlights of our overseas trip. Regards, Louise_______Hi, Justine & guys I just back from my trips .. now writing to thanks u guy for the wonderful apartment. it's lovely & spacious. very new & clean & the kitchen is well equiped. (but short of cutting knife & scissor :P) the location very convenient & d window view is very great. not really a quiet street as written but we dint hear any noise at nite. all in all it's very nice. Your system of renting is quite new to me, first nite staying there i was having sleepless nite. cos was afraid u dint get my balance payment. since no note or receipt is given. & i dint have contact with u. but i guess if u dint have it, sure u have kick me out of d unit already. Ps; should stated d laundry fee b4 hand. haha then i will definitely pay for it..only knew d fee & other infor after reading d note sticking behind d main door. after found d laundry door been locked..abit reluctant to call u using ur phone. Walking distances from the apartment are: 1 minute for the nearest metro station, 15 minutes from the Louvre Museum, the Seine River and Notre Dame. The area is safe and quiet.
