Touristic Infos   This very bright flat is located inside Paris, very near the Bastille – Marais areas. Bastille and Marais are located only 5 minutes by walking. The flat has easy connections with the major tourists attractions such as the Louvre Museum and Notre Dame (10 minutes), Champs Elysées (20 minutes). It can be reach easily by every airports and train stations. The access from Gare du Nord station and Gare de Lyon station as well as the Roissy CDG and Orly airports is very simple. There is a lot of stores and supermarkets in the area and a shop of flowers to be visited underneath the studio (to the left). Walking distances from the apartment are: 3 minutes for the nearest metro station (metro stop Ledru-Rollin) and bus. The area is safe and quiet. Please notice that the furniture and the equipment are brand new. The flat is very bright and covers a space of 20 sqm with a living room with a separated kitchen, bathroom and toilet. The place is fully furnished including CD player, TV. The kitchen is fully equiped. Kitchenware are provided. There is one large bed 140 x 200cm and a mattress of 90 x 190 cm. A baby cot can be provided on request (10 Euros per day). A Service Pack (including the linen, cleaning and some cleaning supplies) of 30 € is to be added for this flat.
