Description   Please notice that the apartment and the furniture are brand new. The place is fully furnished included Cd player and TV. The kitchen is fully equiped. Kitchenware are provided. There is one large bed 140 x 220cm and a sofa bed 140 x 200cm. There are also a brand new bathroom and toilets inside the apartment. The bed is located on a mezzanine, so this bed is not available for Children. A baby cot can be provided on request (10 Euros per day). A Service Pack (including the linen, cleaning and some cleaning supplies) of 30 € is to be added for this flat. Walking distances from the apartment are: 3 minutes for the nearest metro station, 10 minutes from the Louvre Museum, the Seine River and Notre Dame. The area is safe and quiet. The flat is located in a 17th century building in the Montorgueil area. The flat is on the large courtyard so quiet and bright and on the ground floor. The building is very safe with 2 gates and the flat has curtains. Commentaries   Hello David, A quick email to say how much we enjoyed the flat. Thank you. It's in an excellent location at the rue Montorgueil and had everything we needed. It was also great to stay in a studio where the bedroom is separate from the lounge/kitchen - we will definitely stay here again!_______A great base to explore Paris, with secure access and a very quiet group of apartments. If you have a car there is secure undercover parking (for a fee of course) not far away, although driving to the flat to drop off cases is only possible if you are both persistent and lucky enough to spot a time when the bollards are down. (We fluked it on arrival) The nearby streets had a great range of eating places and the metro stop was only minutes away. The 'upstairs' bedroom created less of a squeeze, but the ladder to the mezzanine meant it was not for the faint hearted, or not so nimble. The bathroom is probably due for a reno, but for the price this was a great location.
