The place is located right in the center of Paris in the second district. Walking distances from the apartment are: 3 minutes for the nearest metro station, 10 minutes from the Louvre Museum, the Seine River and Notre Dame. The area is safe and quiet.

Description

Please notice that the apartment is "ready to live". The place is fully furnished included Cd player, cable TV and alarm clock. The kitchen is fully equiped. Kitchenware are provided. There is one large bed 140 x 220cm and a sofa bed 140 x 200cm. There are also a bathroom and toilets inside the apartment. It has been renovated in July 2015. A baby cot can be provided on request (10 Euros per day). Registration number : 7510200981018 The additional fees for this apartment are: - A service pack of 30 € (including one set of linen, one cleaning on arrival and some cleaning supplies). - An insurance of 11 € (see terms and conditions). - An occupancy tax of 0.88 € per night and per adult from 18 years old, requires by the Mayor of Paris. The rate does not include bank transfer fees (usually there is no fee inside Euro countries for regular bank transfer) nor Paypal fees.

Bonjour M. Flandin, Quelques mots suite à notre location de votre appartement. Tout d'abord, félicitation! Nous avons été agréablement surpris par la qualité globale de notre séjour. Après avoir vécu de grosses déconvenues dans le même type d'expérience, nous avions une certaine appréhension à notre arrivée à Paris. Tout s'est rapidement estompé. Nous avons appréciés les points suivants, - Excellente organisation pour la récupération des clefs. - Locaux propres et correctement aménagés. - Simplicité et efficacité, avec une touche de décoration pour rendre le lieu agréable. - Equipement multimédia généreux (malheureusement pas d'accès internet..) et très apprécié durant notre séjour. - Un très bon rapport qualité/prix ( ne changez rien!! ;-) Bonjour!
