I just wanted to thank you for a pleasant stay in your flat in Rue Saint Sauveur the 15th to the 20th of March. It was amazingly quite – in the middle of a big city like that. The children (5, 10 and 12 years) just loved Paris, and said they wanted to move there. If we ever go back, I might contact you regarding the flat. Thanks again. My family and I had a fantastic holiday last week, visiting the key sites; Tour Eiffel, Le Louvre Musee, L'Arc de Triomphe, Notre Dame and Sacre Coeur. We also visited the Palais du Versailles. The apartement was bijou but very comfortable. The furniture and fittings were of high quality. It was a much nicer (and cheaper) experience than staying in a hotel. I hope we may repeat our stay again in the future. Regards Paul_______We (2 adults and 2 teenagers) spent 5 nights at this flat. It was as advertised and looks just like the picture. The flat was clean and the beds comfortable. We never did figure out how to use the washing machine but there is a laundromat close by. Not sure if machine was broken or we just didn't know how to make it work. Not a big problem, though, so we didn't even bother contacting the owner. There was plenty of room for a family of 4. The location was ideal! The flat is on a quiet street just off the Montorguel, a wonderful pedestrian street with fresh bakeries, fruit stands, butchers, restaurants, etc. It was wonderful to wake up and run to the market area for fresh baquettes! While the pedestrian street was very lively, the flat was very quiet and peaceful. It was so close to everything, especially good for walking to the Louvre, Pompidou, Notre Dame. I would recommend this flat to friends and would stay in it on a future trip to Paris. This flat would not be great if you need a host to help you plan your time in the city or need someone onsite to answer your questions. It is definitely a self service apartment. The instructions for getting the keys were clear and easy to follow. The apartments location is idea. We walked to Notre Dame then Pont Neuf for a cruise on our first night and then used the Sebastipol metro to go to Eiffel tower Versilles and Eurodisney. 3 nights was not enough. We loved the pedestrian only street and the wonderful food shops. Its was great. Walking distances from the apartment are: 3 minutes for the nearest metro station, 10 minutes from the Louvre Museum, the Seine River and Notre Dame. The area is safe and quiet. The large studio is overlooking a courtyard, there is no noise at all. The flat is located in a 17th century building in the Montorgueil area. The building is very safe with 2 gates and the flat has curtains. Description   Please notice that the apartment and the furniture are new. The place is fully furnished included Cd player and TV. The kitchen is fully equiped. There is a washing machine / dryer in the bathroom. Kitchenware are provided. There is one large bed 140 x 220cm on the mezzanine, and a sofa bed 140 x 200cm and a second sofa bed of 100cm x 200 cm both in the living room. There are also a brand new bathroom and toilets inside the apartment. The bed is located on a mezzanine. A baby cot can be provided on request (10 Euros per day). A Service Pack (including the linen, cleaning and some cleaning supplies) of 45 € is to be added for this flat.
