Description   Please notice that the flat is “ready to live in”. The flat covers a space of 35 sqm including a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, an alcove bedroom, separate shower-room and toilet. Kitchenware are provided in the flat. There are one large bed of 140 x 200 cm and a sofa bed 140 x 200 cm. The furniture and the equipment are brand new. The flat has been fully renovated in March 2010. A baby cot can be provided on request (10 Euros per day). A Service Pack (including the linen, cleaning and some cleaning supplies) of 30 € is to be added for this flat.
