Touristic Infos   This flat is located in central Paris. In less than 15 minutes you can walk to Opéra. It has direct connections with the major tourist’s attractions such as Opéra Garnier, Champs-Elysées and mains streets for shopping (15 minutes). This area is full of restaurants, food shops. It can be reach easily by every airports and train stations. Nearby the flat there is the area of Montmartre (“the village”) with the Sacré Coeur from where you can see all Paris. Walking distances from the apartment are: 2 minutes for the nearest metro station and bus. Metro stops are ANVERS or BARBES ROCHECHOUART stations. The famous rue des Martyrs is very near, it is full of food stores and restaurants. The area is safe and quiet. Description   Please notice that the furniture and the equipment are new (since 2009). The flat is very bright and covers a space of 32 sqm with a living room, one separated bedroom (could be separated with the screen door), a kitchenette, bathroom and toilets. The place is fully furnished including CD player, TV. The kitchen is fully equipped: hotplates, oven, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, dishwasher and vacuum cleaner. There are also iron, ironing board, hairdryer … Kitchenware are provided. There is one large bed 140 x 200cm in the bedroom and a sofa bed 140 x 200cm in the living room. Internet connection can be provided on inquiry by USB 3G key (subject to availability). A baby cot can be provided on request (10 Euros per day).
