Touristic Infos   The flat is located in the 9th district in the heart of Paris, nearby “rue des Martyrs”, “rue Condorcet” and “rue Rodier”. This area is commercial : bakery, supermarket, butcher's shop … There are several stores just downstairs the building and streets around. Covered parkings are accessible by walking from the flat : located on “boulevard de Rochechouart” (2 minutes) and “boulevard de la Chapelle” (5 minutes). The access to the major tourist attractions is very fast and simple : - 5 minutes walking to the area of Montmartre (“the Village”) and the Sacré Coeur from where you can see all Paris - 15 minutes to the area of Opera and the largest department stores of Parisian fashion - 25 minutes to the area of République. And many other places to discover… By Metro, you will arrive in a few minutes at the Seine River, Notre Dame Cathedral of Paris, the Louvre, the Champs-Elysées, the Eiffel Tower, the place of Bastille, the Marais… and other famous places and tourist monuments. The nearest Metro stations are “Anvers” (2 minutes) and “Barbès-Rochechouart” (3 minutes). Description   For several days or more, benefit from a bright and quiet studio flat. The flat covers a space of 29 sqm including a main room, an open fully equipped kitchen, a mezzanine, and a separate bathroom with toilet nearby the mezzanine. Please note that the flat is “ready to live”. There is a large bed of 140 x 200 cm (2 persons) and a sofa-bed of 140 x 200 cm (2 persons). A baby cot can be provided on request (10 Euros per day).
