Commentaries   David, This is just to let you know that we are in the apartment - no problems. I must say the apartment is very nice - even nicer than I expected. Very well equiped too. We are very pleased! Description   Please notice that the apartment and the furniture are brand new. The place is fully furnished included Cd player, cable TV. The kitchen is fully equiped. Kitchenware are provided. There is one large bed 140 x 200 cm and a sofa bed 140 x 200cm. There are also a brand new bathroom and toilets inside the apartment. A baby cot can be provided on request (10 Euros per day). A Service Pack (including the linen, cleaning and some cleaning supplies) of 30 € is to be added for this flat. Touristic Infos   Ideally located near the metro, the flat is in the heart of Paris. The newly renovated studio, very peaceful, is located in the heart of the fashionable 11th East side district of Paris. The flat is the perfect gate for a successful true Parisian stay. There is a supermarket just on the corner street. There are plenty of fashionable bars and restaurants Rue Saint Maur.
