Description   For a few days or more, benefit from a bright flat, located in a typical building of the 70s offering a view on the Sacred-Heart and a green space. The flat covers a space of 37sqm including a bright main room (living room and dining space) onto a balcony, a separate kitchen, a bedroom separated by curtains, a separate bathroom with toilet. Please note that the flat is “ready to live”. It was renovated in 2010, the furniture and the equipments are brand new. Kitchenware are provided in the flat. The flat has a maximum accommodation capacity of 4 persons. There are one large double bed of 140 x 200 cm (2 persons) and a sofa-bed of 140 x 200 cm (2 persons). A baby cot can be provided on request (10 Euros per day). A Service Pack (including the linen, cleaning and some cleaning supplies) of 45 € is to be added for this flat. There are several stores, cafes-bars, bistros, restaurants, on the building street and streets around. A public garden is located just downstairs the building to relax and for the pleasure of children. A covered parking is accessible in less than 5 minutes walking from the flat : located on “Rue du Faubourg Saint-Denis”. The area is quiet and safe.
