Description   This beautiful flat of 44sqm is located in a beautiful, well maintained and quiet Parisian building. The flat is very quiet as it’s overlooking the courtyard. It contains a living room with kitchenette, a bathroom with toilet and a separate bedroom. Please notice that the flat is “ready to live”. The flat and the furniture are brand new. Kitchenware are provided. There is a double bed (160 x 190 cm) and a sofa bed (140 x 190 cm). An extra mattress can be added for a 5th guest (10 Euros per day). A Service Pack (including the linen, cleaning and some cleaning supplies) of 45 € is to be added for this flat. Touristic Infos   The place is located right in the center of Paris in the 3rd district, in the “Marais” area (old quarter of the nobility and nowadays a fashionable quarter). There are several food stores nearby, coffee shops and restaurants. - The museum of “Arts et Métiers” is in 3 minutes by walking, please find the link below : http://www.arts-et-metiers.net/?lang=ang - In less than 5 minutes by walking you can reach to the Picasso national museum - In less than 5 minutes is the place of “Republique” with stores (famous for clothes), night clubs, coffee shops and restaurants. And the “Canal Saint-Martin”. The area is very safe and quiet. It’s very well located because of the touristic places nearby : - Less than 10 minutes by walking to The Montorgueil market.
