Description   Please notice that the furniture and the equipment are brand new (the flat has been renovated in 2009). The flat is very bright and covers a space of 25sqm with a living room, a separated kitchen, bath room and toilets. The place is fully furnished included CD player and TV set. The kitchen is fully equiped. Kitchenware are provided. There is one large bed of 140 x 200cm and an extra mattress for a 3rd guest, both located in the living room. A baby cot can be provided on request (10 Euros per day). A Service Pack (including the linen, cleaning and some cleaning supplies) of 30 € is to be added for this flat.
