Description   Please notice that the furniture and the equipment are brand new (the flat has been renovated in 2010). The flat is very bright and covers a space of 25sqm with a living room, a separate kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Kitchenware are provided. There is one large bed of 140 x 200cm and a single sofa-bed for a 3rd guest, both located in the living room. A baby cot can be provided on request (10 Euros per day). A Service Pack (including the linen, cleaning and some cleaning supplies) of 30 € is to be added for this flat. Touristic Infos   This flat is located nearby the Moulin Rouge, between the area of Montmartre and the area of the great shops of Paris nearby the Opera. - In less than 10 minutes walking you will reach to rue Lepic (famous for “Amélie Poulain” movie), ideal street for food shopping with the open air market, restaurants, typical and affordable bars. The flat is very comfortable and very quiet as it is overlooking a beautiful garden. - In less than 20 minutes walking you will reach to the top of the mound Montmartre to admire the view on Paris, the Sacré Coeur. - In less than 10 minutes walking you will reach to the great department stores of Galeries Lafayette and Printemps.
