Covered parkings are accessible in less than two minutes from the flat : located on “rue Mayran” and “rue La Fayette”. A public garden is located just downstairs the building to relax and for the pleasure of children. The apartment is located in a quiet and safe “haussmannien” district, between Montmartre and the Opera areas. The access to the major tourist attractions is very fast and simple : - 15 minutes walking to the area of Montmartre and the Sacré Coeur - 15 minutes to the area of Opera and the largest department stores of Parisian fashion - 20 minutes to the area of République - 25 minutes to the Royal Palace and the Louvre Museum. And many other places to discover… By Metro, you will arrive in a few minutes at the Seine River, Notre Dame Cathedral of Paris, the Champs-Elysées, the Eiffel Tower, the place of Bastille… and other famous places and tourist monuments. The nearest Metro stations are “Poissonnière” (2 minutes) and “Cadet” (3 minutes). Commentaries   Thank you for all. It was very nice the apartment and we'll recommend to others friends also. Best regards, Andreia Description   For several days or more, benefit from a bright and quiet large familial apartment. The double windows are overlooking a courtyard and a quiet street. The flat covers a space of 90 sqm including a main room (living room and dining space), three separate bedrooms, separate toilet, a shower-room and a fully equipped kitchen. Please note that the flat is “ready to live”. It has been renovated in July 2010, furniture and equipment are brand new. There are three large beds of 160 x 200 cm (6 persons) and a sofa-bed of 140 x 200 cm (2 persons). A baby cot can be provided on request (10 Euros per day). A Service Pack (including the linen, cleaning and some cleaning supplies) of 60 € is to be added for this flat.
