Description
  For several days or more, benefit from a warm and bright large flat, located in a quiet Parisian building (with double windows). The flat covers a space of 110sqm including a bright living room, a dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, three separate bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a dressing room. Please note that the flat is “ready to live”. It was renovated in 2010, the furniture and the equipment are brand new. Kitchenware are provided in the flat. There is a large double bed of 140 x 200 cm (2 persons), two large double beds of 160 x 200 cm (4 persons) and a sofa-bed of 140 x 200 cm (2 persons). A baby cot can be provided on request (10 Euros per day). A Service Pack (including the linen, cleaning and some cleaning supplies) of 60 € is to be added for this flat.

This large flat is located right in the center of Paris in the 1st district. There are several and various stores just downstairs the building and streets around : bars, restaurants, food stores, shoes and clothes shops, hairdressers, and other convenient stores. Walking durations from the flat : - 7 minutes to the Louvre Museum : the largest museum of Paris - 8 minutes to the “Place Vendôme” : where jewellers illuminate themselves - 10 minutes to the place of Opera Garnier - 10 minutes to the “Grands Boulevards” area : many café-bars and restaurants of which the brasserie “Chez Chartier” classified historic building by its decoration “Beautiful Time” - 10 minutes to the “Montorgueil” area : lively pedestrian street with its multiple traditional shops (butchery, cheese dairy, bakery, grocery, fish shop, ...), café-bars and restaurants - 12 minutes to the Seine river - 15 minutes to the “Tuileries Garden” : the oldest French garden and old royal and imperial residence - 15 minutes to the “Forum des Halles” : great shopping mall - 20 minutes to the “Champs-Elysées”. If you like walking, in a few additional minutes you can go… - to “Ile de la Cité” with Notre Dame cathedral of Paris and “Ile St Louis” - to the “Port des Champs-Elysées” and go along the Seine river by flies boats - to “Hôtel des Invalides” (museum of French army) - to the Eiffel Tower and the “Champs de Mars” Park (large garden entirely open to public). And many other places to discover… The access to the main tourist attractions is very quick and very simple. By Metro, you will arrive in a few minutes to arrive at, the area of Montmartre (with the Sacré Coeur), the place of Bastille, the “Place des Vosges” (with its art galleries), … and other famous places and tourist monuments. The nearest Metro stations are “Pyramides” (3 minutes), “Bourse” (3 minutes) and “Quatre Septembre” (4 minutes). The area is very quiet and safe.
