The nearest metro station is only in 1 minute by walking : “Arts et Métiers” station. There are several food stores nearby, coffee shops and restaurants. - The museum of “Arts et Métiers” is in 1 minute by walking, please find the link below : http://www.arts-et-metiers.net/?lang=ang - In less than 2 minutes by walking you can reach to the “Republique” place with stores (famous for clothes), coffee shops and restaurants. And the “Canal Saint-Martin”. - In less than 15 minutes by train you can reach to “Notre Dame”, “Louvre” museum, “Opera” place. The area is safe and quiet. Description   Please notice that the apartment and the furniture are brand new. This beautiful loft of 65 sqm is fully furnished. There is a large room which can be separated in 2 rooms, a new bathroom with a bath and a shower, toilets (one downstairs and one upstairs) located inside the flat and a kitchen opened to the living room. Kitchenware are provided. There is one double bed (140 x 190 cm), one single bed and one sofa bed (140 x 190 cm). A baby cot can be provided on request (10 Euros per day). A Service Pack (including the linen, cleaning and some cleaning supplies) of 60 € is to be added for this flat. Commentaries   David, Just wanted to let you know that the apartment was wonderful!
