Touristic Infos   The place is located right in the center of Paris in the second district. It’s very well located because of the touristic places nearby : - 5 minutes by walking to the Louvois Square. - 10 minutes by walking to the Place of Opera and the shopping place of “Galeries Lafayettes” and “Printemps”. - 10 minutes to the Tuileries Garden, the Palais Royal, the Louvre Museum, the Seine River and Notre Dame. - 2 minutes to the nearest metro station “Quatre Septembre”. The area is safe and quiet. Description   Please notice that the apartment and the furniture are brand new. The place is fully furnished included TV set, CD player, alarm clock. The kitchen is fully equiped. Kitchenware are provided. There is one large bed 140 x 220cm and a sofa bed 140 x 200cm. There are also a brand new bathroom and toilets inside the apartment, a kitchen opened to the living room and a separated bedroom. An extra mattress can be added for a 5th guest and a baby cot (10 Euros per day). A Service Pack (including the linen, cleaning and some cleaning supplies) of 45 € is to be added for this flat. Au revoir, Lubica, Jaroslav, Zuzana and Jan_______The Times May 16, 2009 : Self-catering in the centre of Paris staying in this one bedroom apartment ten minutes’ walk from the top tourist sites — the Louvre, Notre Dame and the Seine. It’s just been kitted out in dark modern furniture, with a well-equipped kitchenette opening on to the living room where you can squeeze two more on to the sofa bed — which makes for a really cheap break when you split the cost. Minimum stay three nights._______Bon Jour Justine, Just would like to thank you for the Paris apartment, it was fantastic. We enjoyed the location of the apartment as we were able to walk to to all of the places of interest.
