The apartment was in a great location but at the same time in a quiet area with all the amenities nearby. We appreciate you accommodating us for the early check in and late check out. Best Regards, Kathleen Chang Touristic Infos   This new flat was fully renovated in June 2007. In less than 10 minutes you can walk to the Champs Elysées and Arc de Triomphe. It has direct connections with the major tourists attractions such as Louvre Museum, Eiffel Tower, Opera Garnier, Champs Elysées and mains streets for shopping (10 minutes).It can be reach easily by every airports and train stations. There are plenty of goods restaurants around, and there is a supermarket 5 minutes from the flat. Walking distances from the apartment are: 2 minutes for the nearest metro station and bus. The area is safe and quiet. Description   The rate for the requested dates is 70 euros per night for a stay of 7 nights or more, 80 euros for a shorter stay.t for 1 to 4 people. This rate includes everything such as: power, hot & cold water, heating, lighting, and taxes. Please notice that the furniture and the equipment are brand new. The place is fully furnished included CD player, TV. The kitchen is fully equiped. Kitchenware are provided. There is one large bed 140 x 200cm and a sofa bed 140 x 200cm. Un lit bébé peut être fourni sur demande (10 euros par jour). A Service Pack (including the linen, cleaning and some cleaning supplies) of 30 € is to be added for this flat.
