Description   For a few days or more, benefit from a warm and bright large flat, located in a quiet haussmann building (with double windows). The flat covers a space of 80sqm including a bright main room (living room and dining space), a fully equipped open kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and separate toilet. A balcony crosses the main room and the bedrooms. Please note that the flat is “ready to live”. It was renovated in 2010, the furniture and the equipments are brand new. Kitchenware are provided in the flat. There are two double beds of 140 x 200 cm (4 persons) and one sofa-bed of 140 x 200 cm (2 persons). A baby cot can be provided on request (10 Euros per day). A Service Pack (including the linen, cleaning and some cleaning supplies) of 60 € is to be added for this flat. Touristic Infos   This large flat is located in the heart of Paris in the area of the Madeleine (8th district of Paris), between the areas of the Champs-Elysées, the department stores and the Opera. There are several stores, cafes-bars, restaurants, tea room, art gallery, hairdressing salon, ... on the building street and streets around. Three covered parkings are accessible in less than 3 minutes walking from the flat : located on “Boulevard Malesherbes”, “Place de la Madeleine” and “Rue de Provence”. The area is quiet and safe. Walking durations from the flat : - 3 minutes to the Place of the Madeleine : in the center the impressive church of the Madeleine and around numerous shops and luxury brands among which the two great Parisian caterers “Fauchon” and “Hédiard” - 4 minutes to the “Passage du Havre” : large covered passage sheltering a shopping mall - 5 minutes to the “Galeries Lafayette” and “Printemps” : department stores of Parisian fashion - 8 minutes to the Place of Opera : major place of Parisian landscape and of the most touristic located in the middle of a business area and shops (luxury shops notably).
