Commentaries   Hello We just wanted to say how much we enjoyed staying in the Ledru Rollin 1 flat recently ((8th-13th October). The flat was perfect for our needs and so much nicer than a hotel, we almost felt Parisian for a few days! It was a very convenient area and we could walk to many of the places we enjoy. We really enjoyed having the windows and balcony overlooking the street too. We hope to return to Paris next year so will definitely contact you to see if you have this, or another property available. Thank you. Best regards Amanda Hyatt Touristic Infos   This very bright flat is located inside Paris, very near the Bastille – Marais areas. Bastille and Marais are located only 5 minutes by walk. The flat has easy connections with the major touristic attractions such as the Louvre Museum and Notre Dame (10 minutes), Champs-Elysées (20 minutes). It can be reach easily by every airports and train stations. The flat is very quiet overlooking a courtyard. The flat is very bright. Walking distances from the apartment are: 3 minutes for the nearest metro station (metro stop Ledru-Rollin) and bus. The area is safe and quiet. Description   For several days or more, benefit from the large space of the apartment with a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom. Please notice that the furniture and the equipment are brand new. The flat is very bright and covers a space of 47 sqm with a living room with a separated kitchen, a separated bedroom, bathroom and toilet.. The place is fully furnished included CD player, TV. The kitchen is fully equiped. Kitchenware are provided. There is one large bed 140 x 200cm and a sofa bed 140 x 200cm. One extra mattress could be add for a fifth guest and a baby cost (10 euros per day) A Service Pack (including the linen, cleaning and some cleaning supplies) of 45 € is to be added for this flat.
