Description   Please notice that the furniture and the equipment are brand new. The flat is very bright and covers a space of 56 sqm with a living room, a separated kitchen, a separated bedroom overlooking the enlivened street but calm inside (double windows and blinds), a bathroom and a toilet. And a terrace of 13m² (to be furnished soon). The place is fully furnished included CD player, TV. The kitchen is fully equiped. Kitchenware are provided. There is one large bed 140 x 200cm and a sofa bed 140 x 200cm. One extra mattress could be add for a fifth guest and a baby cost (10 Euros per day). A Service Pack (including the linen, cleaning and some cleaning supplies) of 45 € is to be added for this flat. Commentaries Touristic Infos   This brand new flat is located inside Paris, very near the Bastille – Marais areas. The Marais is located at only 5 minutes by walk. The flat has easy connections with the major tourist’s attractions such as the Louvre Museum and Notre Dame (10 minutes), Champs-Elysées (20 minutes). It can be reach easily by every airports and train stations. Walking distances from the apartment are: 3 minutes for the nearest metro station (metro stop Bastille) and bus. The area is safe and quiet. For several days or more, benefit from the large space of the apartment with a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom. There is also a terrace of 13m² to be used when the weather is fine.
