Description   For several days or more, use a warm Parisian flat, located in a small quiet building inside a courtyard. The flat covers a space of 30sqm including a bright living room, a separate bedroom, a fully equipped kitchenette, a separate shower-room with toilet. Please note that the flat is “ready to live”. It was renovated in 2010, the furniture and the equipment are brand new. Kitchenware are provided in the flat. There is a large bed of 140 x 200 cm and a sofa-bed of 140 x 200 cm. A baby cot can be provided on request (10 Euros per day). A Service Pack (including the linen, cleaning and some cleaning supplies) of 45 € is to be added for this flat. An open market takes place in front of the building every Tuesday and Thursday mornings until 1pm. A supermarket remains open until 10pm from Monday to Saturday and other food stores later. The flat is located between several tourist and very lively places : rue Mouffetard, Place d’Italie, Bercy Village and Bastille. Walking durations from the flat : -3 minutes to arrive at “Jardin des Plantes” (botanical garden open for public) - 5 minutes to the Seine river - 15 minutes to “rue Mouffetard” (one of the most ancient streets of Paris with its multiple traditional shops : butchery, cheese dairy, bakery, grocery, fish shop, ...). Café bars of “Place de la Contrescarpe” (end of “rue Mouffetard”) are open until 4am. - 15 minutes to “Place d’Italie” (many shops and “Italie 2” shopping centre) - 20 minutes to Bastille area (place to go in the evening and night for bars, restaurants and night clubs) - 30 minutes (or 15 minutes by metro) to the “Parc de Bercy” (Bercy Square) and Bercy Village (artificial village with few shops, bars, restaurants and a cinema). The access to the main tourist attractions is very quick and very simple. By Metro, it will take few minutes to arrive at the Louvre Museum, the Opera Garnier, the cathedral of Notre Dame, the Eiffel Tower or the Champs-Elysées. The nearest Metro stations are “Gare d’Austerlitz” and “Saint-Marcel” (2 minutes walking). The area is very safe and quiet. Commentaries
