Touristic Infos   The place is located right in the center of Paris in the fourth district in Marais area (ancient quarter of the nobility and nowadays a fashionable quarter. It’s very well located because of the touristic places nearby : - 2 minutes by walking to the Place des Vosges with its galleries of art and the Square Louis XIII. - 10 minutes by walking to the Place of Bastille with its coffee shops, restaurants, clubs, … - 10 minutes by subway to the Tuileries Garden, the Palais Royal, the Louvre Museum, the Seine River and Notre Dame. - 2 minutes to the nearest metro stations “Chemin Vert” line 8 and “Saint-Paul” line 1. The area is safe and quiet. Description   Please notice that the apartment and the furniture are brand new. The place is fully furnished included TV set, CD player, alarm clock. The kitchen is fully equiped. There is one large bed 140 x 220cm and a sofa bed 140 x 200cm. There are also a brand new bathroom and toilets inside the apartment, a kitchen opened to the living room and a separated bedroom. A baby cot can be provided on request (10 Euros per day). A Service Pack (including the linen, cleaning and some cleaning supplies) of 45 € is to be added for this flat. Commentaries   David, I just wanted to write and tell you that we had a great time in the Francs Bourgois apartment and I will definately recommend CP to other people. I am an avid user of tripadvisor.com and I will tell my story to other users. Your staff was very professional and relaxed and the location of the apartment was great. We really enjoyed our stay, and my mother felt so safe and had a great time. I guess all in all, THANK YOU! We will definately use CP again for our next trip to Paris.
