Commentaries   Hello, I just wanted to thank you for our stay in Faidherbe. The apartment was perfect! Staying there made us feel very welcome and warm on these cold days. Thank you once again, Anu Description   For several days or more, benefit from a warm and bright flat located in a quiet Parisian building (with double windows). The flat covers a space of 37sqm including a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen opened to the living room, a separate bedroom and a shower-room with toilets. Please notice that the flat is “ready to live”. It was renovated in 2010, the furniture and the equipments are brand new. Kitchenware are provided in the flat. There are one large bed of 140 x 200 cm (2 persons) and one sofa bed of 140 x 200cm (2 persons). A foldable mattress can be added for a 5th guest and a baby cot (10 €/day). A Service Pack (including the linen, cleaning and some cleaning supplies) of 45 € is to be added for this flat. Touristic Infos   This brand new flat is located in the centre of Paris. There are several and various stores just downstairs the building and streets around : bars, restaurants, food stores, clothes shops, hairdressers, and other convenient stores. This flat is located on “rue Faidherbe”, nearby “rue de Charonne” : one of the most lively streets of the 11th district at the same time trendy with its many restaurants and art galleries and popular with its many stores. It’s located nearby the Bastille area in (about 15 minutes), the Marais area (20 minutes) and République : all full of coffee bars, pubs, restaurants, nightclubs, shops … The access to the main tourist attractions is very quick and very simple. By Metro, you will arrive in a few minutes at, the area of Montmartre (with its Sacré Coeur), to the Louvre Museum, to Notre Dame cathedral of Paris, to the Eiffel Tower… or the Champs-Elysées. The nearest Metro stations are “Charonne” (2 minutes walking) and “Faidherbe-Chaligny” (3 minutes). The area is very safe and quiet.
