This area is full of restaurants, food shops. It can be reach easily by every airports and train stations. You can walk to the Marais area in less than 5 minutes. The Picasso museum is just nearby (5 minutes walking). The place of “République” (stores, restaurants, coffee bars), the place of “Vosges” (art galleries) and the place of “Bastille” (stores, restaurants, coffee bars) are less than 10 minutes walking or about 3 minutes by train. It has direct connections with the major tourist attractions such as Opéra Garnier, Champs-Elysées and mains streets for shopping (15 minutes by train). The area is lively and the flat is overlooking the courtyard so very quiet and bright. Description   Please notice that the furniture and the equipment are brand new and are very fragile. The flat is very bright and covers a space of 57 sqm with a living room, a separated bedroom, a separated kitchen, separate bathroom and toilets inside the flat. The place is fully furnished included TV set, Internet, CD player. The kitchen is fully equipped. Kitchenware are provided. There is one large double bed of 140 x 200 cm and a sofa bed 140 x 200 cm. An extra mattress can be added for a 5th guest and a baby cot (10 Euros per day). The rate does not include bank transfer fees (usually there is no fee inside Euro countries for regular bank transfer). A Service Pack (including the linen, cleaning and some cleaning supplies) of 45 € is to be added for this flat. Commentaries   Dear team of CentreParis!
