Touristic Infos   This apartment located on the Avenue de Buenos-Ayres will allow to have an unrestricted view of the Eiffel Tower: indeed, you are only 300 meters away from the major monument of Paris. You will also be able to enjoy the proximity of the Champs de Mars, the Quai Branly Museum (9 minutes away by walking), the Chaillot Palace Park (13 minutes away by walking) or the “Ile des Cygnes” et the Statue of Liberty offered by the United States (15 minutes away by walking). The banks of the Seine river where you can take the flies’ boats are also close to the flat (12 minutes away by walking). Beside its exceptional location, you will find convenience stores, bars and restaurants nearby. The closest stations are “Champs De Mars-Tour Eiffel” (RER) – 5 minutes away and “Bir-Hakeim” (Metro) – 6 minutes away. On the same RER line you will have direct access to the Louvre and the Saint-Michel station (Notre Dame) but also Versailles which is 25 minutes away. The flat covers a space of 25sqm including a main room (living room and dining space), one bathroom with a shower and a toilet and a fully equipped kitchen. Please note that the flat is “ready to live”. It was renovated in 2011; the furniture and the equipment are brand new. Kitchenware are provided in the flat. There is one double bed of 140 x 200 cm (2 people) and a sofa-bed of 140 x 200 cm (2 people). A baby cot can be provided on request (10 Euros per day).
