Walking distances from the apartment are : 2 minutes for the nearest metro station and bus. Metro stop is SENTIER. The area is safe and quiet. Direct and easy access from Gare du Nord / Gare de l’Est, Paris airports (Roissy CDG - Orly and Beauvais) and from Gare de Lyon. The flat is very bright and covers a space of 31 sqm with a living room, a separated bedroom, an open kitchen, bathroom and toilet. The place is fully furnished included CD player, TV set. The kitchen is fully equiped. Kitchenware are provided. There is one large bed 140 x 200cm and a sofa bed 160 x 200cm. The rate does not include bank transfer fees (usually there is no fee inside Euro countries for regular bank transfer). A baby cot can be provided on request (10 Euros per day). A Service Pack (including the linen, cleaning and some cleaning supplies) of 45 € is to be added for this flat. Commentaries
