Touristic Infos   This bright duplex is located in the centre of Paris. It is located inside Paris, nearby the Bastille area in less than 10 minutes (full of coffee bars, pubs, restaurants, nightclubs, shops …) and the Marais area in 15 minutes. The nearest Metro stations : “Voltaire” (2 minutes walking) and “Ledru Rollin” (4 minutes). The flat has easy connections with the major tourist attractions such as the Louvre Museum and Notre Dame (20 minutes), Champs-Elysées (20 minutes). There are many trade and supermarkets downstairs the building. The access from every airports and train stations is very simple. The area is very safe and quiet. Description   From several days or more, benefit from a warm and very bright duplex located in a beautiful well maintained Parisian building and calm (there is only one flat by floor). The flat covers a space of 50sqm including a living room, a fully equipped kitchenette opened to the living room, toilets on the 1st floor, a bedroom and a bathroom with toilets on the 2nd floor. Please notice that the flat is “ready to live”. Kitchenware are provided. There are one large bed of 140 x 200 cm (2 persons), one sofa bed of 140 x 200cm (2 persons) and two folded beds (2 persons). A baby cot can be provided on request (10 Euros per day). A Service Pack (including the linen, cleaning and some cleaning supplies) of 45 € is to be added for this flat. Commentaries
