The area around the flat is very quiet and there are plenty of shops and food stores. The street is quiet. This brand new flat is located inside Paris. In less than 10 minutes you can walk to the Champs Elysées and Arc de Triomphe. It has direct connections with the major tourists attractions such as Louvre Museum, Eiffel Tower, Opera Garnier, Champs Elysées and mains streets for shopping (10 minutes).It can be reach easily by every airports and train stations. There are plenty of goods restaurants around, and there is a supermarket 5 minutes from the flat. Walking distances from the apartment are: 2 minutes for the nearest metro station and bus. The area is safe and quiet. Description   Please notice that the apartment has been recently renovated (in June 2007) and the furniture are brand new. The place is fully furnished included Cd player, and TV. The kitchen is fully equiped. Towels, linen and kitchenware are provided. There is one large bed 140 x 220cm and a sofa bed 140 x 200cm.
