Touristic Infos   Ideally located near the metro, the flat is in the heart of Paris. The flat is located in the very safe area of Paris, the Bourgeois arrondissement 16th. The studio is located in a standing building. The flat is very quiet as it is overlooking a garden. There are plenty of food shops and local restaurants near by (5 minutes by walk from Rue d’Auteuil). There is a convenient supermarket just on the other side of the boulevard. The flat is the perfect gate for a successful true Parisian stay. The metro station is 50 meters from the flat. You can walk in 15 minutes to the Eiffel tower. Description   Please notice that the apartment and the furniture are brand new. The place is fully furnished included Cd player, cable TV. The kitchen is fully equiped. Towels, linen and kitchenware are provided. There is one large bed 140 x 200 cm and a sofa bed 140 x 200cm. There are also a brand new bathroom and toilets inside the apartment.
