The flat is very comfortable, it is very quiet and bright. There are many shops and stores for food around the flat and the open air market located rue Lepic is just 50 meters from your flat. The flat has easy connections with the major tourists attractions such as Opéra Garnier and mains streets for shopping (15 minutes), Champs Elysées (15 minutes). It can be reach easily by every airports and train stations. Walking distances from the apartment are: 5 minutes for the nearest metro station. The area is safe and quiet. Description   Please notice that the furniture and the equipment are brand new. The flat is very bright and covers a space of 38 sqm with a living room, a separated bedroom, with a separated kitchen, bathroom and toilets. The place is fully furnished included CD player, cable TV. The kitchen is fully equiped. Towels, linen and kitchenware are provided. There is one large bed 140 x 200cm and a sofa bed 140 x 200cm.
